Body After Baby

Photobucket

Ugh, do I really have to do this? Well, I made myself start this whole project so here goes nothing! I did pretty well the beginning of the week but then the weekend was baaaaad. Kristin was here and then Vanessa and Jonathan came too and then we had a party! So yah, constant yummies and not much time to work out! And then the past couple of days have been crazy to say the least. I've been slightly distracted! So tomorrow I'm starting over and I promise I'll do better. Its strange, I was doing so much better before I started this whole BAB thing! I've gotta get things turned around though! I've heard rumors that the NE actually sees somewhat of a summer so that means I'll have to take my sweatshirt off eventually. ;)
Okay for the rest of this week (until next Monday):
~Lots and lots of water
~Walk or run every day
~Do Shred every day (level 2 is ROUGH!)
~Track calories
~Sleep more

Forgive me, dear blogging buddies, I promise I'll improve!!
Just 2 1/2 months until the wedding!!! Yikes!! :)

Does body after baby have anything for husbands?

Hey Stacy,
Your little Libby is so adorable! She has the cutest little face and biggest grin! She looks so happy and content. We are still waiting for our little one to "pop out" (as Martin says) any day now. I am so ready. It is so hot down here and easy to get uncomfortable. The kids have been having fun outside in the water trough (still haven't managed to pull the pool out and blow it up). Thanks for checking back at our blog and keeping in touch. Take care and hopefully soon after this little one come we will get an update on the blog. ~Christina

In what context, Todd? Most husbands appreciate the affects of BAB, but you are welcomed to start your own following. Maybe FIT? Firefighters Intensely Training?

I was wondering if they had a fitness program to address the fact that husbands often gain weight because of the stress of dealing with pregnant women.
